I don't eat sugar. I have had my issues stopping it. I don't have the foggiest idea how often I quit for some time frame from weeks to months. Once, when I was around 20, I quit for more than two years! Despite everything don't have a clue how I did that at that age. But, I will most likely enjoy a bit of pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving.
I spent a lot of time in Bali. The primary words I figured out how to state in Indonesian were 'without sugar.' They put sugar in everything here. Local people are astounded that I don't eat sugar. I as a rule don't reveal to them that I don't eat grains either, obviously they see and now and again get some information about it.
Sugar is exceptionally poisonous to the body. It is oxidative, causing harm when it enters the cells and causes significant biochemicals to saturate the body. What's more, it is one of the primary driver of coronary heart and vascular problems.
Sugar and Coronary Heart Disease
Sugar in the blood is one of the fundamental driver of the scratches and tears that occur in blood vesicles because it is exceptionally oxidative, and when blood is high sugar veins and arteries get scratches and tears. Why I Don't Eat Grains
Generally, I'm not completely against eating grains though I am beginning to alter my perspective on this. For me however, I find that not eating grains has a major effect in my well being. To begin with, when I don't eat grains I don't lose such a large amount of hair! While I have a full head of hair which is somewhat surprising for a man my age I do lose some every day as is normal. But, not eating grains causes a considerably lower amount of hairs to fall out.
The most probable explanation for this is that grains contain proteins called lectins. Lectins are toxic and cause inflammation that can bring on numerous issues.
Furthermore, my white hairs began turning dark colored once more. A couple of months before I saw this change, my adrenals were down. I had been treating them with herbs and nutrients, and I had stopped sugar, however they simply weren't getting better. But, in the wake of halting grains, they came up rather rapidly.
A half year later I saw that a large number of my white hairs were turning dark colored once more! I found that the darker hair and higher adrenal function happened at the same time as ending grains, a definite connection.
Clearing Candida
One of the fundamental reasons I stopped grains and sugar is that I needed to eliminate systemic candida. Candida is an organism that should live just in the gut, but that often spreads throughout the body. In any case, when eating sugar and grains it will over grow the helpful microscopic organisms that help with absorption. It likewise causes an imbalance in the Ph of the gut. An inappropriate Ph harms the intestinal microbiome causing perforations in the intestinal lining. Candida would then be able to escape into the body. It goes around causing a condition where candida populates different areas of the body which huge issues.
I'll give you an example of what candida can cause: one of the most well-known types of joint inflammation. How this happens is that candida moves from the gut into specific joint types. This causes the immune system to attack the area. The issue is that the immune system that handles candida is in the gut. An inappropriate systems attempt to rid the parasite in the joints with an inappropriate substances, ones that cause arthritic problems in the affected joints.
These are just a couple of the issues brought about by sugar. The principle issue truly is the way it makes insulin discharge and the issues that causes.
